Now offered in both Northern and Southern California, this comprehensive science-based couples workshop is appropriate for engaged, married, cohabiting, gay, straight, happy or struggling couples. All of the ideas presented to you will be grounded in sound and extensive research on what actually works in relationships that are happy and stable.
Dr. John Gottman, author of What Makes Marriages Succeed or Fail, and The Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work, designed this workshop with his wife, Dr. Julie Gottman. It is based on three decades of Gottman’s research following over 3,000 couples. Over the weekend, you will learn what Gottman discovered that successful couples do to keep their relationship strong and what you can do to strengthen yours.
